Dragon Boating Intro:

• Health: Please do not attend if sick, watch for heat illness (hydrate, light clothes, take breaks if needed). Waiver required.

• Activity: Team paddling (10-20 per boat), steered by a steersperson. Great core/cardio workout.

• Newcomers Welcome: No experience needed, training provided.
